Thanks to Boardwalk Empire 1920s/1930s fashion is back in the spotlight, with all its decadence and glamour. And silver beading! I love silver anything! I do feel though that in particular the drop waist is something only 14yr old boys and Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman can carry off.

I got married recently and swooned over the dresses with elegant drop-waists but even after living on starvation rations for 6 months and drastic reduction surgery the dress would only have enhanced my stumpiness and is best left to the lucky lanky athletic ladies!
